Our Return Policy
Returns
You can return any unwanted items (excluding custom, personalised or made to order, this includes laser cutting time or materials) for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The products must be unused in brand new condition with any tags, protective stickers and original packaging in place. Shipping costs are the buyers expense.
Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending any goods.
You can return/ exchange any faulty or received in error products please notify us immediately on receipt of delivery. Sketch Laser Cutting will cover shipping costs (please confirm method with us prior to shipping).
Please note that no refund or exchange will be offered after 14 days from delivery of your order.
*IMPORTANT*
Please note we are not responsible for errors in artwork supplied by you and cannot offer a guarantee that your artwork is suitable for laser cutting on your chosen material unless stated. Please double check you are happy with your artwork before sending or use our design checking service. We will not be able to offer a refund or free recut due to mistakes or incorrect formatting in your original artwork.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items FOC if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sketchlasercutting.co.uk and send your item to: Studio 15, Unit 10, Juno Way London GB SE14 5RW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will be covered by postal insurance.
B2B
If approved all business to business returns will be subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee, all returns must be approved by Sketch Laser Cutting before items are sent back. The responsibility for all shipping fees remains with the customer. This does not apply to custom orders/ cut to size materials where no refund will be granted.
